My single room was spacious, great for moving around, and had very nice, modern shower and toiletries. the wifi worked great. That helped me a lot. breakfast was served in a cozy room with lots of food choices. the staff is really friendly and helpful, always there to assist.

the hotel lacks a kettle in the room, something i missed for morning coffee.

i really appreciate the staff. they were friendly and helpful . the room received daily cleaning, included fresh towels. the location was really convenient with easy access to bus and metro.

i found the air conditioning to be only poorly working, so i prefered to leave window open

individual lockers perfect location attentive staff

I was thrilled with the individual lockers available. I stored my luggage safely after checkout! the location is really perfect and close to the aerobus stop. my room was a good size, and the staff were attentive to every request! everything felt very secure and convenient, i loved that.

I found the elevator to be small. It felt outdated and inconvenient, especially when i had luggage. it's a minor thing, but something that could definitely be improved. I had to wait longer, which wasn't awesome, not gonna lie!

the hotel was in a great location with many restaurants nearby. transportation was easy, the bus stop was right in front, and the metro was close. the breakfast suited starting the day well. the staff was helpful, I appreciate that.

our room had a balcony, but the window to access it was locked. it's a bit annoying not to be able to use it.
